Group Class: What to expect?
A variety of dynamic and static postures, in which the breath leads the body, prioritizing breath and spine awareness.
You will receive personal attention, modifications and adaptations will be offered to suit your needs.
The practice will be mindful with attention to alignment and safety.
There will be a space for exploration, inquiry & creativity.
Some practices may include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Chanting.
Often a poem will be shared at the beginning and end of the session.
