What to expect?

You will be bale to share your interests with the group

Learn a few strategies for "brain gymnastics" such as: contralateral movements, crossing the midline, mismatched movements, defying expectations, copy to learn, telling stories, dancing with Latino music (different sessions will focus on different elements)

Be guided in mindful movements (asana) using some of the elements that you learned

Be guided in breathing exercises that help increase focus and mental clarity (pranayama)

Learn to meditate in an accessible way
Please bring:

A notebook and pen for notes and journaling
