It was a joy to get together this morning with my group through Zoom for our Q&A session. One of the questions was about the "goose stretch", cakravrasana, (pronounced chakravakrasana as in chocolate), sequence of two movements coordinated with breath, that we do very often in Viniyoga. It may seem a simple movement, but it is pretty complex, so instead of demonstrating and explaining with my words, I had the luxury to have it demonstrated by Julie Shaw, and taught by my teacher, Gary Kraftsow.
