Weekend Intensive Chakra Workshop

Actualize Your Highest Potential

Personal Transformation & Continuing Education

Stay tuned for the next one!

Developed by Tantric Yoga, the Vedic symbol system of the cakra-s (chakras) will serve as a map to explore your deepest patterns, dysfunctions and self-concept, purify body and mind, and help you realize and actualize your highest potential.

This work may seem magical, yes, but it will not be effortless. The journey into the Cakra-s will require honesty, consistency, humility and patience, all qualities of the peaceful warrior that decides to partake this kind of self-transformative adventure.

Sessions will include asana, pranayama, mantra & meditation.

Possible benefits to taking this workshop include:

  • Increased sense of trust and stability at all levels

  • Increased sense of creativity and enthusiasm

  • Increased self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect

  • The ability to improve one’s relationships at all levels

I had the honor to have learned Laya Yoga, Tantra & the deep work with cakra-s with my teacher, Gary Kraftsow, who received these teachings from T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, and has very generously shared them with precision and accuracy. I am forever grateful to Gary Kraftsow, and the faculty of the American Viniyoga Institute for these powerful, transformative and precious teachings.
