Developed by Tantric Yoga, the Vedic symbol system of the cakra-s (chakras) will serve as a map to explore your deepest patterns, dysfunctions and self-concept, purify body and mind, and help you realize and actualize your highest potential. 

This work may seem magical, yes, but it will not be effortless. The journey into the Cakra-s will require honesty, consistency, humility and patience, all qualities of the peaceful warrior that decides to partake this kind of self-transformative adventure.

Sessions will include asana, pranayama, mantra & meditation.

Possible benefits to taking this series include:

Continuing Education Credits:


This series of seven workshops is addressed to practitioners who have already gained proficiency in breath centric asana, including yoga teachers, and counts as a total of 21 Continuing Education Hours for Registered Yoga Teachers at Yoga Alliance.

  • 1st Cakra: Mūlhādāra

Session 2

  • 2nd Cakra: Svādiṣṭhāna

Session 3

  • 3rd Cakra: Maṇipura

Session 4

  • 4th Cakra: Anāhata

Session 5

  • 5th Cakra: Viśuddhi

Session 6

  • 6th Cakra: Ājñā

Session 7

  • The Gateway: Sahasrāra

You can take 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 sessions!

What to expect?


In each module expect short presentations, asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra & meditation.

What to bring?


Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook and pen or pencil for journaling (as part of the practice).
